So I have been officially scrapbooking since around 2000 or 2001 but then got into cards at some point. I think because my friend Sandra started making them. I have never done an official card swap until recently. I went to the Creative Escape/Spellbinder retreat and thought hmmmm Ill try it out!

The only rule was you had to make 21 cards and had to use a spellbinders product. I knew from seeing other card swaps that I prob needed to make 21 of the same card so that is what I got started on.

I felt like to really do the right thing, I would include envelopes, clear plastic sleeves, and the card in each little packet.

I've really loved this die and never used it so I had to make the Sunday Drive Christmas card from Spellbinders.

I ended up with a ton of really nice cards that other people made. I love this spellbinders set but it was a lot of work.

Come make some sublimation spray with me! You are asking yourself what is sublimation spray and what is it used for? Well, as you may or may not know, you have to sublimate on polyester. The higher the % of polyester the higher chance your image will stay on the item you are subbing on. Well, I found a way to make some spray that you can spray on cotton or any other fabric and it will sublimate. For instance, I tried sublimating on this random patch I have. Stamping Foam! Craft With Me! You can heat this puppy up and press anything into it to make a stamp. This is the first time I have used this item and it was super simple to use. I got the hang of it really fast and I will be using it a ton. I was really impressed that I got such good impressions the very first time I used it. You could also use this with an acrylic block I just didn't see a need. Items needed: Simon Hurley Create.
